Bai Yinhang (Hank Bai), founder of Joyingift, is a young entrepreneur with both academic excellence and a practical spirit. As an outstanding student majoring in Sports Operation and Management, he has won the National Scholarship twice, built campus teams of over 30 members, and fulfilled his social responsibility by donating a total of 7,400 milliliters of blood.
During a social practice program titled Sports Tourism Empowering Rural Revitalization, he witnessed firsthand the difficulties faced by intangible cultural heritage artisans in passing down their skills. He also deeply realized that many treasures carrying thousands of years of cultural heritage were gradually fading into oblivion due to the lack of effective promotion and commercialization channels. This resonated with his original aspiration of starting a cross-border e-commerce business. When he independently built an e-commerce website to promote Chinese products to the global market, he found that overseas consumers’ demand for "Chinese design" and "Oriental aesthetics" was far from being met. Thus, with the original aspiration of "Inheriting Craftsmanship, Conveying Elegance", the brand Joyingift was born.

Bai Yinhang (Hank Bai), 22 years old, a Chinese national, is a young practitioner with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong sense of social responsibility and an international vision. As a recent graduate majoring in Sports Operation and Management from Zhengzhou Vocational College of Sports, he has excellent academic performance, ranking in the top 5% of his major and first in comprehensive evaluation. He has received the National Scholarship twice, and has won more than 50 academic, innovation and comprehensive awards at the national, provincial and university levels.
He has always upheld the philosophy that "true knowledge comes from practice". Starting at the age of 12, he has been engaged in various practical jobs in multiple fields, including the service industry, factory operations, agricultural labor and construction sites, cultivating exceptional self-discipline, adaptability and teamwork spirit. During his university years, he served concurrently as President of the Student Union and President of the Youth Volunteer Association, leading a team of over 30 members to coordinate large-scale events and cross-departmental collaborations, honing his extraordinary leadership and execution capabilities. In terms of social service, he has donated blood 25 times with a total volume of 7,400 milliliters, and has been awarded the title of "Outstanding Volunteer" many times, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and dedication of young people through concrete actions.
As a cross-border e-commerce entrepreneur, Hank Bai built and launched a global cross-border e-commerce website in just one month. He took full charge of the entire process, from website architecture, product selection, content creation and basic SEO optimization to social media operation (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), accumulating rich experience in digital operation and brand globalization.
